3. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING PRIVACY POLICY

Hammerhead Security Solutions LLC operates an SMS/text messaging program for individuals who expressly and voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Hammerhead.

Depending on the recipient's relationship with Hammerhead, messages may include:

  • Shift assignments and confirmations;

  • Schedule changes;

  • Open-shift notifications;

  • Clock-in and attendance alerts;

  • Operational instructions and notifications;

  • Safety and emergency alerts;

  • Training reminders;

  • Appointment reminders;

  • Recruiting and onboarding updates; and

  • Service-related and informational communications.

Hammerhead does not use its operational SMS program to send unsolicited text messages to purchased lists.

4. MOBILE INFORMATION AND SMS CONSENT WILL NOT BE SOLD OR SHARED FOR MARKETING

Hammerhead Security Solutions LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

This restriction applies specifically to:

  • Mobile telephone numbers;

  • SMS/text messaging opt-in records;

  • SMS/text messaging consent;

  • SMS enrollment information; and

  • Information concerning an individual's decision to receive text messages from Hammerhead.

Information may be processed by telecommunications carriers, messaging providers, technology providers, and other service providers solely as reasonably necessary to transmit messages, operate the messaging service, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, provide technical support, or comply with applicable law.

Such service-provider processing does not authorize those providers to use Hammerhead's SMS opt-in information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

This SMS-specific restriction controls in the event another provision of this Privacy Policy could otherwise be interpreted to permit broader sharing.

5. SMS OPT-IN AND CONSENT

Participation in Hammerhead's SMS/text messaging program is voluntary.

Individuals may opt in through Hammerhead's public SMS enrollment form by:

  1. Entering their mobile telephone number;

  2. Reviewing the SMS disclosure;

  3. Actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox; and

  4. Submitting their enrollment.

The SMS consent checkbox is optional and is not checked by default.

Providing a mobile telephone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive SMS/text messages.

Where supported, individuals may also opt in by texting an authorized opt-in keyword such as:

YES
UNSTOP

to a Hammerhead messaging number.

SMS consent is separate from other agreements or authorizations.

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of employment, application, purchase, or service.

6. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies.

The number of messages an individual receives depends upon the individual's relationship with Hammerhead and relevant operational activity.

For example, employees or security officers may receive additional messages when shifts are assigned or changed, attendance issues occur, operational conditions change, or safety notifications are necessary.

7. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply.

Any charges imposed by a wireless carrier are the responsibility of the mobile subscriber.

Hammerhead Security Solutions LLC does not control carrier messaging or data charges.

8. HOW TO OPT OUT OF SMS MESSAGES

Recipients may withdraw SMS consent at any time.

Reply STOP to opt out.

After an opt-out request is processed, the recipient will no longer receive SMS/text messages through the applicable Hammerhead messaging program, except for a confirmation or other communication permitted or required to process the opt-out request.

Recipients who later wish to enroll again may use Hammerhead's available enrollment process or reply START where supported.

10. SMS DELIVERY

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Hammerhead does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered within a particular period.

11. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By voluntarily opting in to Hammerhead Security Solutions LLC's SMS/text messaging program, the subscriber authorizes Hammerhead Security Solutions LLC to send recurring operational and informational SMS/text messages to the mobile number provided.

Messages may include:

  • Shift assignments and confirmations;

  • Operational notifications and instructions;

  • Safety and emergency alerts;

  • Training reminders;

No internet, electronic storage, or telecommunications system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, Hammerhead cannot guarantee absolute security.

Hammerhead is not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated third-party websites. Users should review the privacy policies applicable to those services.

Hammerhead's security services, employment systems, and operational SMS program are not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly use our operational SMS program to solicit personal information from children for marketing purposes.
